Centerpieces & Table Numbers

So there has been so much crafting that has been going on! We had a wedding that we were helping out with, and I (baby sister) must say, I am pooped! A local customer of ours (found us through Facebook, THANK YOU FACEBOOK & our friends for free advertising for us) asked if we can do 2 major things for her, and of course I said YES!

You can see how they incorporated our paper flowers into a stunning (and show stoppin') centerpiece!
The flowers were a local customized order, we were asked to make 1000 (WHOA!) red flowers. We do sell in smaller packs (35) to be found here on our Etsy. 1-1.5 inch in diameter & made of crepe paper.

We were also asked if we can make customized table numbers to attach to this fabulous centerpiece. Of course we said YES! We love this stuff. Our wonderful customer sent us their pictures and we created this:
The pictures were 4X6. They saw this posting and asked if we can do the numbers with the font/ text. We could and we did. I wanted to keep in the theme of red & gold, and that is what came of it. Our customer our love the simplicity yet personalization of the table number. We love how this came out, comment us or let us know if we can help with making these table numbers for your next event!

I was promised a picture of what the outcome was as a whole. So as soon as it comes in, I'll definitely post!

UPDATE JULY 30, 2011:

Hello all!! We go the picture of how the centerpieces look! Check it out! So amazing & they popped out/ stood out so much! It looks gorgeous!

Camera Case

Since I recently received a sewing machine as a WONDERFUL gift,  I decided to try it out and make a camera case for my sister.  This is my first sewing project and it was all about trial and error. My first attempt at the case didn't come looking the way I wanted, but my 2nd case came out nice and usable.  Don't you agree?

Daisy Envelope

A customer of ours shared this picture of how they incorporated the layered daisy flowers into their wedding.  They had us customized the flowers to be red and gold to fit their wedding colors.  This was a Chinese wedding and it's not unusual to give money as gifts. Therefore, they use the flowers to decorate the money envelopes that are left on tables for guests as to purchasing the traditional red envelopes "hong bao."

Flower Shower Invites

We created this bridal shower invite that fitted the bridal party request. The bridal party wanted a simple flower invite that reflects the bride's simple, but sleek style.  Their theme was "Flower Shower" since it was held during the Spring.  We really liked how the invite turned out and so did the bridal party!

Materials:  Off white and white card stock (4.5 by 6.5), flower papers, and eyelets.
